From your first message to the day of the job, here is what to expect.
1. Choose a service or vehicle
Browse our vehicles or pick a service. Not sure what you need? Choose the service and we will recommend a vehicle.
2. Tell us where
Give the pickup suburb or address and, for moves and deliveries, the destination.
3. Describe the load and access
Tell us what needs moving, roughly how much, and about stairs, lifts, long carries or tight access. Photos help a lot.
4. Pick a preferred date
Choose a preferred date and time window. This is a request, not a confirmed booking.
5. See an estimate where possible
For vehicles with straightforward pricing, the form shows an estimate with a full breakdown. It is not a binding quote.
6. Submit and get a reference
Your request is saved and you receive a reference number. You can continue the conversation on WhatsApp straight away.
7. We confirm
We contact you to confirm the vehicle, price and time window. The job is only booked once you accept the confirmed quote.
